2. Refund Process (4-Step Workflow)

Step Details:

  1. Request Portal: Account > Order History > [Request Return]

  2. Return Label: PDF with tracking number (valid 15 days)

  3. Quality Control Standards:

    • ✅ Accepted: Tags intact + no wear marks + no odors

    • ❌ Rejected: Stains/perfume smell/washing damage

    • 📸 Factory QC report (proving pre-shipment integrity)

  3. Specialist adjudication within 72h → $5 coupon if claim validated
